"I saw a sign"

It was back in 2007 that I first began my career in the media buying sector, and from 2011 to 2015 I ventured into brand management. Alas, it was in 2015 that I found myself suddenly made redundant. It came as a huge shock to me at the time, but looking back I can see now that it was a blessing in disguise; as it allowed me to embark on a new journey, that of founding my own business, Covering All Occasions.

Starting as a one-man operation, I worked from home and sourced occasion products from China, then selling them to wedding planners and different marketplaces. Over time I realized that customers were looking for something with a more personal touch - something they could use in their own special occasions or at home.

Thus I began crafting bespoke slate signs and wooden word signs, and I'm proud to say that the business has gone from strength to strength ever since. Now I have an excellent team in place, to create products templates so that customers can add the final touches with their own beautiful words.
